Technical Support
The Service Support Package offers comprehensive technical support, including breakdown cover (parts and labor) as well as ongoing email, telephone, and video assistance.
Your enquiry will go through our triage system, with the goal of responding to customer queries within just 3 hours. Our team of specialist engineers will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible via phone, or will request a video call if necessary, before determining if an on-site visit is required.
